KNIPEXCobra Water Pump Pliers

This is my second set of these. First set grew legs and walked off at work. These are by far the best water pump pliers on the planet. With popular reviews in the USA and Europe i did my homework before i bought my first one. Now i have a bunch of knipex pliers in my locker.

Ecellent chrome vanadium steel forged and oil hardened. I still haven't been able to copy the videos where other stand on the pliers but I have tested them with full grip on a brass adapter for a washer and metal hoses which where fused together because of electrolysis. And these guys gripped plus got the two different metals apart, where in the past I had to cut them apart. 25% light to my touch in weight but just as strong as any 10 pliers from any manufacture! Infinite amount of adjustment seems. I also do have five other Knipex tools and just can't seem to break any part of them. I can't wear teeth down, bend them and even the grips are superior for most. Only one review I seen mentioned they are to thick. Actually I think they are perfect. 61 HRC hardness, I'm sold for life.

Knipex pliers wrench and cobra are just the best tools out there. Full stop.Comfort grip handles are way superior to the cheap dipped handles and well worth the $5 extra cost

The first Knipex pliers I ever saw was over a decade ago — a pair of slip-joint Alligators. At first glance, I was unimpressed at how slender and delicate they appeared. I actually poked a little fun of the friend who’d bought them... until he used them to do some chin ups on a piece of 1 inch pipe. I went and bought a pair right after work.Today, my go-to are the Cobras. I reach for them more often than any other hand tool. They’re easy to use and adjust one-handed.These things are tough. The teeth keep their bite much longer than any other, more-traditional slip joint pliers I’ve ever owned.

Regular grip is better

Great product. Had the knipex cobra water pump pliers before but unfortunately they were left at a jobsite. I ordered the same ones except got the comfort handles and they were a game changer. Highly recommend. I use them for multiplr applications daily. Love them!

Great product, bought these to replace a pair that was stolen. These are by far my favourite pair of channel locks or what ever the proper name for them is.

These are great pliers, strong grip and the comfort handles feel great in you hand.

I love how you just set them to the size you need and forget about it

I live in montreal and I love knipex. cobras are a lifetime better than channelocks
