2018 Mercedes Benz CLA 12V Powered Ride On Motorized Toy Car Wheels w/ Remote, Leather Seat, LED Lights

The headlight came broken off and I need a replacement. We got it and then I had to wait for the person to put it together for me and the front headlight was dangling off. In order for it to get to my granddaughter, he taped it but it did not last, so we need a need headlights. What is going on with Amazon. I have been a customer for a long time and this is the third item that came broken or defective. I don't really want to deal with this kind of thing when I spend a lot of money here. Please adjust

Very disappointed. The only positive thing about my purchase was the ship time. This is a gift for my son’s birthday which is tomorrow. I received the car yesterday and assembled it. Come to find out the lights are not working. I read the manual over and over again. I even researched online via google amazon and Moderno kids website. It seems the wires may not have been wired correctly. All of the wires have matching colors except for one set which I believe controls the lights. Not to mention there are multiple scratches on the paint. Expensive product poor quality. This was suppose to be the highlight for his bday and smh

Everything in perfect condition. The car look just the same that is in the picture.

This car wasn’t made sturdily, some of the pieces arrived broken. Had to connect wires that should have been connected upon arrival.
