Q: Are the cavities on this mold the size of a peppermint hars candy?

Yes. About that sixe.. but deeper... but that of course can be adjusted by the amount you put in it.. we haven't used them yet.. we made such large batches.. ended up rolling them out like a playdoh snake and used a puddy knife to chop at it to make disks... we will try to use these molds for small suckers

Q: Will these trays melt if making hard candy ?

No. I use them all the time for hard candy. You can bake with them too.

Q: Are this like a Marshmallow size?

These would be half the size of a regular size marshmallow. More like the peppermint discs.

Q: How much liquid does each cavity hold?

About a teaspoon. Maybe a little more.
