Ansel Lens BrightGlass II | 60mm 2X Zoom Professional Camera Lens (Custom iPhone 6+ / 6S+ Case)

I desperately needed a thin, well-designed case for my iPhone 6+....and that was just the bonus feature! Case: A+, Lens A+, Ease of Use: A+. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. This product made it seem like I got a new camera in my phone. Twice the color, better clarity, just enough zoom to the lens so you can take a picture of someone, without feeling you are intruding in their space. Lens screws on and off in about 5 seconds, and, with the case being so perfect and tight, it really feels like the lens is attached to the phone itself and not the case. I would have paid double the asking price.Please contact me personally if you disagree with this review, and I will come to your house and explain why you are wrong!

We were hoping to take some great pics in our trip to Alaska and Canada. Unfortunately, the product did not work, very disappointing:( The threading is bad so the lens would not attach securely to the case. We just got back and plan to return it to amazon.

Great quality lens - I really like the way the case fits the phone and lens connects to the case.Would like more lens options eg 10x and fisheye.Carrying case for lens is a bit oversized.

Pretty awesome idea. I'd never heard of these before, so I was really excited when I saw this. Everyone takes pictures with their phones now, and I've definitely fallen into the habit of not having a camera and just using the one on my phone. As far as convenience is concerned, it's great. However, one issue I'm sure everyone can agree on is the quality of pictures and how much you can zoom in on your phone. Enter this brilliant idea. I'm surprised these aren't being used on a widespread scale yet, and won't be surprised if they quickly become a household item.This lens allows you to zoom in closer than normal on your phone. It is also clearer, and not so granulated when you zoom in as far as you can. My photos show what I've tested it on so far. I'll also try to update once I've had a chance to get it outside in the natural light. The lighting for these photos was not very good. Even so, it shows how much more you can zoom in, and shows that the quality is better with the lens. I took two sets of pictures, the further out ones show my phone zoomed in all the way without the lens, and the closer ones show how much more you can zoom in with the lens. I'm excited to get this thing outside. We do a lot of outdoor activities as a family, and I think the difference is going to show even more under better light.The lens itself screws into the case and makes for a snug, perfect fit. You can put it in and take it out with the case already on your phone. I love the padded little case that comes with this for the lens. It makes it so it is nice and secure and safe, and you can avoid scratches or other mishaps. The case is super small, and would be convenient to take around with you. It even has a keyring on it, in case you wanted to hook it to your keys. It also comes with a glass cleaning cloth.I told my sister about this item, and she was pretty jealous. This is a great gift idea for the photographer in your life. Or even those who have kids or pets and are always whipping out their phones to take pictures of them. I'm excited to have this for my son's upcoming baseball season. I'm also pretty excited to see what other improvements they decide to make to this lens. This lens from Ansel is amazing. I love to take photos and can't always have my camera with me. With this lens I can use my cell phone as a camera. The photos come out clear and crisp. The lens doubled ur zoom so it's great for concerts and event where u need to zoom in.The lens screws into a case that fit an iPhone 6/6s plus. The way the case is design the lens fits right up to ur phone so u don't notice a gap or anything. The lens also comes with a cap so it doesn't get scratch as well as a carrying case. The case is foam inside so u can just throw it in your purse and not worry about it scratching.Over all this is a great lens so much better then the "cheaper" version, which I find to made ur pics slightly clearer but also father way. That's not the case with this one it's great and easy to take with you. I would recommend this to anyone. I did receive this product at a discount price for my honest review.

The Ansel BrightGlass II 60mm lens is a beautiful and coated to reduce glare and reflection. The 60mm 2X Zoom gets you twice as close to objects with little to no no distortion or degradation to the image. I've found this lense perfect for shooting my plants, flowers, pets, and close-ups of people also a perk is the beautiful bokeh backgrounds in these images. I've found that the the BrightGlass II's aluminum body and optical grade glass are really high quality products. Ansel's durable carrying case comes equipped with a glass cleaner and buckle hook attached to the cases which made it easy to attach to my bag while on the go. I'd definitely recommend this product to friends and family and will continue to use and purchase Ansel products in the future.

I loved it! It automatically improved the clarity of my photos. But where I was much happier was when I used my phone's zoom and found out how much better the zoom was when this lens was on my phone. There was no distortion or blur and it added an extra few feet to what my zoom was without the lens. I would give this a great recommendation, especially for how easy it was to put on my phone, it screwed directly into a casing that snapped right onto my iPhone and didn't have me worrying about it scratching.
