Easy to put on, easy to remove. Works as intended.
The rubber on my X360 controller thumbsticks wore out and my thumbs kept slipping. These work just fine. The tall ones have a tendency to slip off if you apply too much pressure, but the rest are great.

They don’t hold and fit properly on Xbox One Joysticks
During playing they easily remove from the Xbox One joystick , they don’t hold and fit properly into the joystick.They only hold and fit properly only on the Xbox 360 joystick.
