The box came in was completely destroyed! The shelf itself was intact but very cheaply made. Wasn’t long enough for the space that I was hoping to hang it in so I tried to return it and it was gonna cost me $30 to return it. Definitely not worth the time or the money!

Just what I needed.This comes folded flat and all you need to do is unfold it in order to install it. They almost perfect rating is because when you pull open the black hardware frame it isn't entirely square.However it didn't make it impossible to mount... But I needed my husband to pull it apart to square so that I could install it on the wall.Otherwise this would have been a one person install.It's level now and it works well. An easy fix if you have a extra pair of hands.The wood is a little bit lightweight but again it's only for above my art sink.It came with wonderful S hooks which I will only use to hang rags, I primarily wanted the bar for paper towel...and the extra S hooks I kept in my junk draw. Totally worth the money

I will start by saying I love the end result. HOWEVER, the bars came crooked. No matter how I turned them, they did not sit straight no matter what I did. It seems like the metal was positioned wrong. I ended up bending it slightly with a hammer.And then assembling and installing it, seemed so simple! But it was not. Mostly because the placement of the screw holes are behind the bar, and there is NO comfortable way to screw in the screws. A screwdriver barely fits between the wall and the bar.Took forever to figure it out, but now that it’s in, I love it, and it’s holding my pots and pans without even a wobble. So in the long run (after all the sweat and tears), totally worth it.

Almost perfect as delivered. only 3 small issues. (1) The hook for the towel bar was to tight, so the bar would go in and out easily. Quick fix took pliers and expanded it . Now it is perfect.(2) I would suggest to the manufacture that since the shelf is identical on the top or bottom, 4 pilot holes be put in. This would make assembly easier, and reduce the chance of splitting the wood. i drilled pilot holes before screwing in the shelf(3) it is probably on overkill on my part, but i do not trust the size of the dry wall anchors that came with it, so i used some heavy duty wall anchors.*i especially like the large size of it, plenty of room for a room for a roll of paper towels and a plastic bag holder for recycling plastic bags, and the large shelf is perfect to keep another roll of paper towels. Very satisfied. and glad i found it

Overall pretty good. Looks good and gets the job done. Was pretty much what I expected at the price point. Little harder than it should be to assemble but nothing crazy.Pro:-Despite feeling cheap and flimsy. It looks good and does the job-Plenty of fasteners and anchors-Packed well from manufacturer and distroCons:-The metal framing is a bit flimsy and can be bent easily-Wood feels cheap and the screws to mount the brackets to the shelf does a passible job but could be better.-No starter holes in the bottom of the shelf to mount brackets to nor do the instructions give an idea of where you should put them. You'll have to measure on your own. From my experience 1.5" in from each side does appear to give it the most even look.
