Great service from company.
Bike is great. Very quiet. One of the parts was damaged when I got and the company sent me the replacement within a few days. Definitely recommend.

A year later - so far so good
I bought this last year (Sept 2019 - still haven't changed the battery) and then again this year (Oct 2020). Install was easy. The first one is on my side door - so doesn't get much sun. The second will be on my front door which gets a lot of sun - so will see how it holds up. I used this with Samsung Smarthings - and have installed it on both the classic app and the new one. Was easy to pair and also set up codes for people on smart things. Note: master code I programmed on the device and not the app.

Easy Installation and all the right features
The items were an easy to install, sync'ed with my ADT Z-Wave system on the first try and am enjoying all the features this lock provides.
