Recommended by therapist for child anxiety
My 6 year old has anxiety. I talked to a few therapists that recommended this book. It's been helpful to read. It helps me understand what's going on in her busy brain. I recommend.

LOVE!
I'm a therapist and I love the setup of this book. It is also so easy to read and understand each activity. The colors and monsters are vibrant and it is a must-buy for counselors who need resources!

Clinician Quality
As a therapist sometimes it is hard to come by quality books and workbooks. I was impressed by this resource. Such great activities, some reproducible.

Very useful!
This workbook is amazing! Lauren Stockly has gathered a gem full of resources that parents, therapists, and teachers can use to help children deal with emotions. The book contains a plethora of inventive crafts, fun breathing exercises and meditation prompts. I’m so excited to use this workbook in my online classroom!!

Love!
I am a school social worker and my students and I not only loved the actual book, but have really enjoyed this workbook to go along with it. There are so many activities and it works for a wide range of ages... coloring pages for the younger students and more challenging activities for older students. Definitely highly recommend!!

So many practical applications for so many ages!
I absolutely love this workbook! It gives so many ideas (very creative ones) for interventions with a wide range of children. It also gives a lot of pages that can be used with existing interventions you may already have and know, such as an emotion wheel specific for children that is way more colorful and child-friendly than any other traditional wheel. I also love that the workbook and book incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and offers compassion to children's emotions, as opposed to trying to talk children out of their emotions or encouraging them to talk back to their emotion, shame it, etc. YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

Incredible Resource!
I LOVE this Workbook!! I am a special education teacher and know that this will be an incredible resource for me and my students. The illustrations are lively and engaging and are sure to interest children. The actual workbook /materials are so relevant for kids and help to define and explain the emotions that the kids are feeling and ways to explicitly teach/ help them to understand coping skills, as well. Do not hesitate to purchase both this and the book that goes along with it!! Thank you for creating this!

Great trauma informed mindfulness workbook
I've been therapist with school aged children for 10+ years and have used many books but this has been my favorite because of how organized it is as well as how detailed the content is. I'd say this is a must have for clinicians in all settings.Well done to the author and illustrator for putting this together in an awesome way.

Beautiful
The book is beautiful but it's not user-friendly. The pages to use and paint or draw or creat activities with are having another exercise on the other side. For a household without a photocopier it's a shame.
