Even though I got this on next day delivery it wasn’t recorded as delivered until two days later. Had to than do a treasure hunt around neighbourhood to find parcel, as it was left on my doorstep whilst I was out even though neighbours were in and instructions were left for delivery.Finally got my parcel 4 days later. Just unpacked and looks like it was a return from a previous purchase. Saving hassle to return I decided to keep it and set on assembling it. Straps are very confusing to attach. With having only German instructions and not English ones and no pictures to follow, I fiddled around and managed to eventually attach the strap.If you struggle with this hold the ends side ways and push through the whole until fully inserted than gently pull back until in place. I hope this will safe future buyers a bit of anxiety. I have not used the actual mask as yet , however will do so later and will update my results.

It worksop the face.... But it broke after three months. No power. Wouldn't mind them replacing it.

Great mask, I absoutley love it but my connecting wire to the mask from the controller broke so now having to source another which is proving difficult. Love the mask and would recommend!

Brilliant but tight and uncomfortable for my clients nose

Comes with the UK plug adapter, usb controller and the mask. Very easy and comfortable to use, just becareful not to stare into the light for too long. Great value for money, used the first time with a face mask after drying for 20 mins, washed it off and seen visible changes! Very happy!I've had acne and scarring for long time so if you are in my boat and looking for something to help with your skin and confidence, I am your motivation to Purchase!Will update after continued use.

I’ve only used a few times, but I love having this mask at home; it beats paying £80 for a facial! There are so many different settings, I’ve also been using it on my skin stretch marks on my legs. The mask can weigh down a little heavy and the knobs can cause marks to appear on my forehead, but I use cotton facial pads to cushion them, and that’s helped a lot
