I love this light! It functinos as a light obviously but also as a portable charger. I wanted to capture video at night and was looking for a light that would fit my needs. This light worked perfectly. It has three different brightness levels along with a strobe light option. The USB port to charge the internal battery is behind a screw cap that you can use a coin to open. They actually included a coin shaped opener in the package. The screw cap is airtight as well. I forgot to mention, this light is actually waterproof too! I haven't tested it yet underwater but It's good to know that I can do that if the need arises. When shooting video, I plugged the USB cable into the light on one end and into the GoPro on the other end. I was able to supply the camera with power while recording and using the light. It's a great product!

Portable light was easy to travel with and easy to set up and use.

One of the best lights for gopro, been using it day and night and works really good, the battery is okay, if you use it in the highest mode it will last less but it works perfect and also underwater as well!

I attached the light to my go pro set up for a scuba diving trip however it hardly made a difference at 18 ft other than maybe glare at other divers. Maybe I wasn’t deep enough for it to make a noticeable difference. However, it was very useful and bright in the boat as it got dim after sunset.

I needed this to film dark buildings we explore. I have 2 on each side of the camera and only reallly need one. They are awesome. Great battery life as well. Seem sturdy and well built. Supper super bright, and adjustable.

This is a very wide angle, bright light toward the bluish temperature. Photos Left to Right above are the small standard GoPro Light mod without diffuser, the rated Suptic RSX-372 60-LED light, and the combination, shot wide lens, 10 ft from wall on tripod, 1.0x magnification, 1/1,000 sec, "Native" color. Under those conditions, the GoPro is heavily center weighted, throwing essentially no light to the edge of the frame, while the rated Suptic light provides a more uniform light with some light even at the edge of the wide frame. In terms of Lumens, the GoPro mod light produced 26 lux at the peak center and 0 lux at the frame edge. The rated Suptic produced 27 at the peak center and 6 lux at the edge of the frame. The GoPro light mod with diffuser produced only 3 lux at the center. When used with the GoPro Mod Light without diffuser, it can produce a pleasing center-weighted video light, not to mention a backup charger. The mounting arrangement is vastly superior to the clunky and expensive GoPro mod light which requires either the waterproof housing or the Media Mod housing.

This light is good for subjects reasonably close to the light - within 18” or so. However, be aware that around 68-72 feet deep, the on/off button becomes inoperable, because the pressure at that depth is enough to push and hold the button in. The light will remain in whatever state it was in when that depth was exceeded - but to operate it, you’ll have to ascend to 65 feet or so. Also at depth, the front lens is pushed in pretty good, taking a concave shape. This concerns me about the integrity over the long term, but hasn’t been an issue, yet.
