New Mexico Green Chile is more an addiction than anything. These are fabulous--no weird canned over or undertones and full of genuine Green Chile flavor! This batch was a bit hot, but still tolerable. We'll be purchasing this green Chile again!

Love the green chile flavor but there's way too much salt. Since buying my first jar of this I quickly learned to not add any salt whatsoever to the dish I am making. I asked the company why they do not make a no salt version, or at least use less salt. They said it would be taken under consideration.

Absolutely the best green chiles I've ever tasted. These are from the Hatch Valley in New Mexico, where I have bought chiles before and loved them. I don't know what it is that makes them so tasty...may be the soil, may be the loving care with which they're grown and nurtured. I really don't know. I do know, however, that you won't get a better tasting chile anywhere else...guaranteed! Makes the best green chile salsa, and over enchiladas, just delectable.
