Pull up bar
Very study for pull ups! Need a strong frame to mount however! Overall, sturdy and string! Easy to put up!

Very very sturdy and functional
I’ve been using this for quite some time and it is held up very well. Easy to install and very sturdy. Nothing you really need more than that for a pull up bar, right?

Strong bar with nice hardware
A nice strong bar with some nice strong hardware for mounting. They also included some foam pads with no explanation for what to do with them, so I decided to put three of the pads behind each mounting plate to reduce damage on the wall. Trimmed them to fit with a box cutter blade after installation. The instructions said to use a 5/8" drill bit, but after comparing that bit to the size of the bolts/threads, I decided to use a 1/2" drill bit instead. The bolts were a bit more difficult to install, but they are really tight in the wood studs, so there is ZERO movement of this bar with full body weight on it.

Nice bar
Great for price point, nothing fancy. Other reviews mention not getting hardware but I got mine and it came w/ a set of 6 sturdy 3” long 5/16” lag bolts and washers. Sunk in the studs nicely and supports myself swinging and going inverted like a mad lad. I’d recommend getting some handlebar tape; like for a road bike, that is the squishy cork stuff for a better grip(so many cool color and pattern options!). Also, I sandwiched some of the packing foam stuff between the mount and dry wall so I don’t hear about it later, but, everything looks/performs quite well.

Cheap and functional, does not need to be pretty
This bar is as functional as AK. Rough, tough and cheap. Comes with heavy duty screws which are of the biggest diameter I was comfortable to screw in into 2x4 studs. These screws are thick, you’ll need a good diameter pilot holes for these. I used impact driver to screw these in, they are big. Before my 100 lbs son tried the bar, I, 235lbs man, tried it myself and it did not make a sound. So, I felt comfortable letting him use it. Good stuff. He is happy.

It's sturdy, but it hurts your hands.
Don't get me wrong, it's a great pull up bar, but I'm not sure what they did to it to cause this: whenever I use it, it hurts my hands a lot, more specifically my upper palm.I bought some foam pipe insulation for $5 at home depot and cut off some of it to put on the bar, and that fixed the problem, BUT now it's super wide, which means your forearms are working overtime. This isn't really a bad thing necessarily, because now you'll get really strong forearms in addition to your back muscles, but still, sometimes I just want to get a solid 10 reps in without my forearms giving out on me.I guess if you can find something thinner for padding this would work though, but I haven't found anything. On the bright side though, I put some of the foam on my dumbbells, and now I have wide-grip dumbbells for only like 25 cents!

Sturdy, easy to install
I am a 200 lb guy, and I have no problems with doing pull-ups or tying my TRX strap to this pull-up bar. It's well built and feels very sturdy when you anchor it properly to your 2x4 door frame. Just make sure you install it to the center of the stud. It helps that the bar comes with a decently wide slot of the screws, so you can easily adjust the previous location of mounting.Only potential down side is the bar grip can be a little rough. I get that they try to spray texture on it for better grip, but for my use case I decided to wrap some tennis leather wrap on the bar so it's easier for my hands/grip.

AT-HOME PULL-UPS WITHIN TEN MINUTES
I did a "deep dive" into the available products for doorway-mounted pullup bars. I DID NOT want the type of bar that hooks on to the molding at the top of the door jamb -- this type of mount frankly scares me as being not too reliable and apt to tear out under load. Given that, I found half-a-dozen choices of bars that mount by drilling into the jack and/or king studs around the door frame. I went with the OUUO entry, since its features were exceptional, it offered a high wall-to-bar clearance of 4.8" and had heavy duty lag bolts to handle the mounting. I was up and chinning ten minutes after I received the package! A winner.
