This stuff really works. I have tried a lot of different pretty work outs and I gotta say this stuff does not make you feel tingly all over. I wake up really early to go to the gym and pre wrek gets me going. I like how it does not have any sugars. I highly recommend it.

Ridiculously clumpy... Moderate pumpy... Also, there's a 43% chance you'll vomit after your workout.

It doesn't have the same effect as the previous formula
