Brilliant set of short stories
This is a set of short stories about the characters from the Beacon Hill Sorcerer series so you need to read all the books before hand. Loved the story from Eroch's POV, want more of this little dragon. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

several little nuggets of gold
A lovely collection of short stories that give us more insights into the characters that we all know and love. I adore this series and will be eagerly awaiting the fourth book. It was nice to have a story from Eroch's perspective as well and his continuing Pigeon War.

4 Hearts from MM Good Book Reviews
Reviewed by Shorty for MM Good Book Reviews 4 đđđđ HeartsThese are some short little stories that show our favorite couple and a cute familiar in a few different life story. They are the stories that many readers ask for, a little more about the characters, although they do have other charming characters in them.Red Wine and BloodAshwin finds three mages and he knew they were a danger. However even a strong vampire would have trouble fighting them but nope he doesnât realize till it happens. Thankfully his strong bond with his love, Ignacio comes to his rescue.A History of TroubleA group of kids are dead all because they thought it would be fun to raise an animal that has been extinct for many, many years. A mammoth running through the streets as a zombie. Now that would be funny to see, but Angel is sent to send it back.A Dragon in the CityEroch had been taken from his family and the cutie finds a new bond with a special man. He does love his bond with Angel but he also loves fried pigeons.Fae's GoldRory had been in a 200 year old magical coma and now he is trying to make it in the modern world. So Daniel decides to help. Take a large load of gold to the bank to change it in to cash, doesnât have the reaction that even they thought.Normally I would give them each a rating but they are all equal. They were a little to short for me but still was fun to read.I enjoyed hearing about the guys and little Eroch, who is my favorite. OâMalley is an idiot sometimes though. I did love these little tidbits into some of the world we have come to love.

I love it
Firstly I have to say this is a book for the fans. Itâs the book we asked for. If you havenât read the Beacon Hill Sorcerer Series this wonât mean a lot to you.Iâm obviously a huge fan and I make no excuses for my biased review.Red Wine and Blood. This is just a snippet featuring Ignacio Salvatore and his vampire lover Ashwin Metcalfe. This takes place in the year of the Blood Wars 103 on 1897 AD.Iâm really hoping we get more of these in the future.A History of Trouble. This one features Angel working a case. He has six dead graduate students and an escaped ten thousand year old mammoth.I love anything that features Angel and Simeon. Plus we also get Eroch and Detective OâMalley.A Dragon in the City.Cute little Eroch. In this one we see things from Erochâs POV and itâs wonderful and I love him even more, if thatâs possible.Fayeâs Gold.Angel and Simeon will always be my first Beacon Hill romance and as such they hold a special place in my heart. Iâm eagerly awaiting Issac and Constantineâs story. But this anthology was stolen by Daniel and Ruairi.Daniel decides to help Rory with the modern world.âRory, you need money. Modern money. You canât buy coffee with gold nuggets or gems. I think. I might be totally wrong,âBut walking into the back with a fae lord and a bag of gold doesnât prove to be as easy as Daniel had expected. When things go wrong Daniel is worried Rory will reach for his sword. It may be glamoured but itâs there. The police are called including everyoneâs favourite grumpy detective. Angel and Eroch arrive to save the day and we all know how much dragons like gold.I loved this short book but Fayeâs Gold was my absolute favourite. I canât wait for more of these two.

Awesome!
I confess to being addicted to this series so reading the Anthology was always going to be a no brainer me.I definitely wasn't disappointed! This series of shorts was a gift, it's little insights into the world and characters I've grown to love. The world building in this series of books is so rich that it leaves you begging for more time to explore.Having a whole story told from Eroch's POV was just brilliant, we learned so much about him and little teasers of where he came from have made me love him even more! đI would reiterate this really isn't a stand alone, the author gives a clear heads up where each story fits in the time line. This is a really special series and if haven't read the other 3 books you are so missing out.Thank you Sheena! Cannot wait for BHS4 xx

Only SJ Himes can make a shortie this fantastic.
I really do love this author, so to get this surprise treat was totally awesome. I'll take any chance to catch up with Angel and his boys .... any chance. This is a compilation of snippets about characters we already love and know and I inhaled every single word. That an author can put so much into these snippets speaks of her absolute genius!Loved it and now I'm desperate for more. I'm greedy like that!
