I purchased two of these clippers in one order. I bought one for my brother-in-law who has special needs and is unable to use regular clippers and one for myself. When products arrived, I opened one of them to see if it would perform as advertised and was disappointed to find that it knawed a jagged edge in my nail. After double checking the instructions I decided this item would not be suitable to use as expected. I rated the item with one star only because a star selection was required to make a review. I would not recommend this item.I have not been able to return the items because our mail service informed me that shipments are not be sent to China at this time due to national shipping issues.

No matter which position i put in the batteries it would not turn on motor. Also when i printed the lable and packaged it up to return. The post office would not mail it back as there is no correct address . Do not buy this, it's a piece of junk and can't be returned as the lable is bogus..

THERE IS NOTHING TO SAY BUT BUYER BEWARE! I THOUHT IT WAS GOING TO HELP MY 96 YR OLD MOTHER CUT HER NAILS. IT RIPS THEM, SHREDS THEM UNEVENLY, LEAVES A DARK MARKING, AND LEAVES THE NAIL DAMAGED. THIS IS NAIL SUICIDE! I CAN NOT POST A NO STAR, SO TO PUBLISH THIS WARNING I MUST POST A ONE STAR.

All this product does is file the nail with a metal file. It turned the ends of the nail black and was slower than filing by hand.

Does not perform as described. Not even able to trim fingernails, let alone thick toenails. Don’t waste your money on this item. I am going to purchase a dremel tool to trim my thick toenails

Used several different batteries and it won't turn on! Due to previous reviews, I knew it was a gamble to order one. Just like a Lotto ticket...waste of money.

Goes through the steps but jams up instead of trimming (At ALL)

This product worked for an actually 10-15 seconds before breaking, rendering it useful within 1 minute of opening.
