This book is really informative, addressing everything you would possibly need to know about the Shiba breed and all of its quirks! It also has information about health care, and how to train your Shiba Inu.It is clear that the author really loves and appreciates the breed, but not in an annoying way, and they still address some things about Shibas that may not work well for certain people. I read a review that said the book is very repetitive, but it really isn't, at least, not enough to write a ONE STAR REVIEW ON IT. Anyway, it's a great book, one that I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of adding a Shiba to their family!

This was a great read! Informative, fast and to the point. It covered everything about Shiba Inu's. I appreciate the fact the information came from the author's experience. Its like real life advice for a Shiba owner. Great book and highly recommended. Thanks!

Bought this and the only other Shiba Inu book avail on Amazon at the time of writing this. This book is smaller better written and cheaper. I appreciate a hard copy for quick reference which this provides. All the information in this can be found online for free, but the writing is a enjoyable quick read except for continual repetitive references.
