These are high quality, padded, fleece sleeves for cushioning tie-down straps so your straps don't mar the finish of whatever you're strapping. Very nicely made with thick padding and and a velcro strip down the entire length so you can attach/detach them with ease. I use these on my ratchet straps in my trailer to tie-down my motorcycle. My ratchet straps are the looping type instead of the hook-end type. Perfect.

Way too expensive for one strap. There's nothing about this product that warrants it costing almost $30. I can buy a new pair of tie down straps for that cost and not bother with a cover.
