The product tasted good, similar to other Spirulina products I have purchased, with the exception of the price: more than twice the price of the other brands I have purchased. How they do it is sell it in 8 oz containers, while most all other brands come in 16 oz. containers.

This was my first time to order spirulina. The quality seems good and I have been putting it in my morning smoothy.

I can't tolerate the taste in mixing it with shakes. I'm sure it's how I mix them. Fine powder.

It's a good product. I wish it didn't come squished. The bottle never went back to the original shape.

Ok, so this will make you feel great, if you can drink it! I won't give stars off for the taste, because I really don't like juice or anything. I did mix some on lemonaid and my friend didn't mind it at all, and my kids even took a sip and asked for some.For me, personally, I would much prefer them in pill form!The package I got was the same as the others, sucked in. Not sure of that is how they should be since many posted pictures of how mine looked too.

I received the item at a reduced rate in return for my honest and unbiased review. I have never had spirulina before. First, I mixed it with just water and took it like a shot. This was a mistake. The spirulina tasted fishy and had a bit of an oily texture. I tried it with juice and it was more palatable. Finally, I made a smoothie with protein powder and some frozen fruit and almond milk, but the fishy taste was too overpowering. I think I'll stick to a shot of juice and just get it down the hatch.

Looks and tastes extremely pure. Almost black in color it is so dark green. Mixes will with my vitamin water and is a great way to start my day. But what ever you do, don't spill this on your cloths!
