I am using this as supplement to natural garlic.
As we don't use raw garlic in our cooking at home, I have decided to use this tablets as supplement to natural garlic. The purpose to useing Garlic tablets is, that it may help for controlling my blood pressure. I am not able to commit on the end result.

i had been using this regularly for last 1 year, istead of reducing my LDL cholesterol rised up and HDL cholesterol dicreases. Not worth using this product, waste of money. use instead HIMALAYA products
