Excellent Quality/Quiet/Sleek Look
We bought this ceiling fan for our new back porch. It is absolutely beautiful. We looked at many many fans before we found this one. We loved that it was not the traditional looking fan with a glass light kit and strings. The blades are slightly curved which give it a sleek look. And while Im not usually a fan of the "woodgrain" look, this was a much better finish than most I have seen. This fan is silent when it is running. It was a little tight trying to squeeze the wires into the electrical box, but the installation process was not an issue. While this was the most I have ever spent on a ceiling fan, it was money well spent for the quality and the look.

Great looking fan.
Fan is really light when it came in box I thought I would be heavier. There was no manual that came in the box so tried to do it myself, had to redue downrod install 3x because I left things off. Had to go look for installation manual online. There were 4x ground wires so had to strip wires more so I could use wire nut on ground wire. Installing fan blades is also a pain in the butt. Normal fans have 2 screws. But this can has 2 additional screws that secured blades to another metal ring for support. Putting last blade on was difficult since each blade is notched and grooved to lock them to each other so you have to loosen another blade to maneuver blade into groove. After install, since I did not have a manually, I could not get app to work with wifi fan. Had to chat with app chat support to figure out. Note, if fan is on more than 10 minutes, it goes out of setup mode so syncing with app does not work well. You have to use light switch to cut off power for 2 minutes to reset fan. Then connect via phone wifi to fan and it will launch bond app. Overall best looking fan I've installed so far. Works great with Alexa.

Beautiful fan, frustrating install
This fan looks great and runs smoothly. No noise, can control via phone app, but the install was frustrating for nothing. They could have made the housing just a little bigger which would have avoided a lot of swearing. But once it’s installed it’s gorgeous.

Incompetent engineering
We've been trying to wire this for 3 HOURS! The instructions are USELESS with ZERO helpful wiring schematic. I have installed many ceiling fans in my life and this one makes no sense. Update! The remote control does not work and the wifi app does not connect. It is stuck on speed 4 with no light forever I guess

Leery of the DC motor and remote
First of all, this is an all plastic fan. The motor and wiring are metal, of course, but the blades and pretty much everything you see are plastic. It looks ok but I don’t know how it’ll do over time. The DC motor and remote are a little concerning. To reverse the fan direction you use a button on the remote, so it is easy to accidentally press the wrong button. When you do, sometimes the fan sort or jerks to a start; it sort of starts and stops repeatedly. It also has to be controlled by the remote. You can’t use one switch for the light and one for the fan. It’s great if you’re not already wired for both the fan and light, but it’s not if you are and don’t want to keep track of a remote.

Beautiful Fan & Installation Not as Difficult as others claim
I am a contractor and I too have installed hundreds of ceiling fans in all type of applications, but after reading the reviews I went into this install "loaded for bear", but it wasn't as difficult as described by others. The Receiver: If you insert it as the instructions dictate it fits perfectly, once you get the wires out of the way. You will need a full sized ceiling box, not one that wraps around the truss or ceiling joist, as those type of boxes have little room for wire storage. I wired the receiver from the side you insert it, I inserted the other smaller box (they called it a receiver in the instructions) first then connected the supply wires from the house from the other side, then tucked in the wires and it all fit as stated in the instructions. Now for the fan blades, this didn't go off without a hitch, but I figured out if you just install just (1) of the top screws, loosely in each of the blades until you get them all in, it solves the fitment issue on the last blade installation. I tried just leaving the screws a little loose on the last 2 but that wasn't enough to create the space to get all the blades aligned.Hope this helps others with their install.R.My biggest challenge was that my installation, was outside under our new Palapa in 100° heat on top of a 10' ladder with out a helper. I'll post pictures once I get the second one installed, there was a delivery issue with my 2' extension rod, so I'm waiting for the replacement to install the second one.

Beautiful but requires patience when installing
The fan works as described. It is pretty much silent, the light is great, the speeds on the fan and it’s 60” span are suitable for a bigger room. The issue I had was it’s installation. It does come with very long wiring, and you will need to shorten these if you are using the 6” rod supplied with the fan. The smaller transmitter has to go above the support bracket and the larger transmitter into the bracket. That is the only way the canopy will be level with the ceiling. The big issue is the light plate. This has a big connector which would just not fit into the small cavity. Now when you are standing on a ladder and the fan is swaying it is virtually impossible to have it align and fit. After 1 hour of attempts I gave up and had to go to Home Depot to get smaller and flexible connectors, cut out the connector that was supplied and this solved the problem. The other thing I recommend is to remove the blade screws before you hang the motor up. This will save you a few minutes during the install. Overall, I am happy I bought this fan!

Replaced an old failing fan with a smart fan
I picked this fan because of the Bond integration know it worked with Home Assistant.Pros:- Quiet- Bond integration that works with Home Assistant (push updates with version 2021.3 and later)- Energy efficient DC motor- Attractive and looks like wood but is actually plastic (good for humid climates)- Airflow > 5000 CFMCons:- Difficult to assemble: Assembly instructions could be improved
