These are not 100% Cotton, but are a 65% Polyester mix.

Lovely quality. They come up so small though. The waist is tiny! . I ordered a size 140 which is approximately age 7,then ordered the next size which is appox age 8. My son wears age 11-12 usually and I'd need a 160 to fit round the waist and bottom.
