Irish Setter, Countrysider, Men’s, Waterproof, Chukka Shoe

I bought 3 pair of these over the past couple years, they are comfortable, sturdy and my favorite boots to date

Great fit out of the box. True to size. Enjoy the shoes. Need to be broken in a little but comfortable and great for hiking.

Very pleased with this purchase so far. The chukkas look great, are a good fit, and feel solid. I selected them purely for appearance, but they are pretty solid, and time will tell how well they hold up. It's not obvious from the product page, but I was happy to discover that Irish Setter is made by Red Wing. Hope some of the durability of Red Wing boots transfers to these.I didn't rate them on durability -- too soon. I'll revise this review if they fall apart! :-) But not expecting that to happen.

Quality looks good. Size was smaller than expected but break in was very good. Usually I don't wear a wide but should have with this boot. Wear is very good after one week. Overall I'm very pleased with this boot. Will buy again.

This is the second pair that I've bought. Still wear the 1st pair. Rugged comfortable shoe that's good enough for casual. Just wanted another pair before they stop making them.

The shoe sat just above my ankle bone on both feet, and caused pain within 30min. Well made and good looking. I wish they were more comfortable.

These boots are AWESOME....!!!!They are comfortable, waterproof and look great!The laces that come on these boots S-U-C-K! The laces have a sheath on them that will start to fray and come apart. The inner part of the lace is ok, but the outside sheath to the lace, upon shredding, will bunch up and make it difficult to tie up the laces.... It's lame that Redwing would provide such great boots with such crappy laces. I've gone to Walmart and picked up a set of two dollar laces that are better than the laces Redwing provided. BTW, if you purchase these boots, within the first month, be sure to stop by a retail store and get some 45" laces to replace these crap Redwing laces. They WILL fray, bunch up, look like crap and make it difficult to tie up the laces.

Very comfortable light weight shoe. I’ve bought a few pair this version and another from there line. Very satisfied would recommend this shoe

These boots are quite heavy and very thick insulation, good for extreme cold
