I have used several other probiotic products but I found this one to be the only one where I actually could feel and see a difference. My skin, gut and energy are the best they have ever been. I am VERY sensitive to many pills, supplements, etc. I had to start my probiotic journey on a children's chewable (dr recommended), then stepped up to an adult chewable and finally landed here with the Zebora 3-in-1. LIFE CHANGER! I have had a bowel movement every day for the first time in my adult life and my gut is feeling healthier/flatter. My gas has diminished and I will never not be without this product. I love that it comes in a packet I can travel with and does not require refrigeration. I drink a cup of coffee and water in the morning, then take this in about 4-6 oz of water and then have another coffee and more water. Empty stomach other than that. Just WOW.

When I take the 3 in 1 Probiotics I feel like I digest my food better in the evening. I notice though that I need to take 4 packets at once in order for it to be truly effective product. I think you should try and offer a higher amount of doses of each the different ingredients per packet in order to really have a strong customer continual return. While your instructions say to take one or two packets, I believe people mostly would be like me, and need more or larger doses and therefore, I think should be more each packet (larger doses) of the ingredients in order for it to be effective and cost effective as well.

Although I have not used them long enough to ascertain a difference, so far I found them to be easy to use and convenient. They dissolve quickly and it's not noticeable or taste.

I put two packs to my juice or yogurt in my empty stomach every morning. I loved it. It works my guys well. I have number 2 when I get up from bed every morning. I sometimes make twice a day if I eat a lot of fibers.
