200MBps Read and 130MBps Write approx
Peak read speed is around 200+MBps... no where close to 250MBps. Write speed is close to 130MBps.Not sure how long it will last though.

4K OK
Fair play, I use a GH5 and was slightly worried about dropping down to a write speed of 130mbs for 4K, but I was seduced by the 256GBs.Just shot a half an hour one take interview in 4K All-I, followed by a load of 4K slow mo BRoll and it worked like an absolute dream, with plenty of room to spare - didn't have to dump my footage halfway through as I was used to with my 64GBs.

Was skeptical but turned out really good!!
I was a little cautious of this purchase as it was a lot cheaper than the other brand I normally buy. But after taking the plunge and using it consistently now for a few months it's been an excellent purchase, so good that I'll be getting more of these ProGrade cards over the 'S**D***' ones. 100% recommend to anyone like me looking for uhs2 media but not wanting to rent out a kidney to do so!!

Works great, but make sure your card reader supports UHS-II.
Bought two of these for my Sony A1 and as soon as they arrived I put them in my card reader to see if they achieved the claimed speeds. I was worried because of several reviews stating poor transfer speeds. I tried three different card readers. 2 USB 3.1 and 1 USB-C. The first two (USB 3.1) readers showed the slow transfer speeds seen by others. The USB-C (It's actually an Apple adapter for my iPad Pro) performed faster than claimed 280MB/s sequencial read and 180MB/s sequencial write using Crystal Disk Mark as others have done. It's pretty clear that the other two readers are UHS-I only and I suspect that is the same for those who have complained about the transfer rates in the past.

Works well in slot 1 of my OM-D E-M1 Mk II camera.
Moving my original SD card to slot 2 and putting this UHS-II card in slot 1 allows the two cards to work together - JPG data to the old card and RAW data to this new one - for faster saving (and increased capacity). The camera is operating happily and the images are fine. I read UHS-II card images into my laptop using a simple USB adaptor.

Lasted roughly 10 months before failing.
My first memory card failure after many years doing photography came in the form of the 64gb version of this card. It lasted roughly 10 months before failing so not a long time really. It could be just my bad luck but I am surprised of all the many cheaper cards that I’ve used over the years that it’s something like this that bites the dust.
