Verify fine white powder. A small hint of lavender scent. I use it on my newborn. My newborn tends to sneeze if I pour the contents on my hand and use it near her. Instead I pour a small amount on my hand far away from her and rub the powder on a soft cloth or on my hand and dab it very mildly on her delicate skin. It helps my baby's very delicate skin not to be irritated after a wet diaper. I was not careful to notice the volume of the bottle and was surprised it was such a small bottle. It was quite pricy but decided to keep it. It was worth my money since I use very little. It is good for travel, fits in my purse, it has an easy open cap that snaps to close and has three small holes for easy to pouring out; powder never gets stuck like other powders do. Overall satisfied.
