Great hooks!
These are great for the price and do not feel "sticky" in your hand like some of the others.

The perfect hook
Over the years I’ve tried so many different brands of crochet hooks. I finally found the perfect hooks! They’re comfortable, so smooth as they work stitches, they don’t catch on the yarn like other hooks. Prym makes amazing hooks! They’re highly recommended by me.~Raven from Raven’s Hookery

Great hooks for a decent price
I purchased these because I have what may be considered a hook hoarding issue. I love my clover hooks but heard that these were great. I'm not usually a fan of plastic hooks but these work like a dream with some of the rougher yarns. They're super smooth and the grip is nice, I'm a pencil grip gal so the ergonomic grip isn't that important to me. I can see how it would be great for someone that uses a knife hold and has wrist issues. 100% would recommend as the price simply cannot be beat for hooks of this caliber.

Great crochet hooks
The media could not be loaded. These are some great hooks I have all the sizes. They are very comfortable to use and a sturdy plastic. The hooks are labeled with the sizes and the hook top it's self wIs just the perfect shape. I highly recommend these for first crocheters and anyone with hand pain issues.

I think I've gotten used to squishy handles
I bought one of these hooks for a friend, and she said she really liked how it "handled." So when I saw the deal on a set, I decided to get some and try for myself. It took me a lot of years to go from aluminum and steel hooks to the ones with larger and sometimes "squishy" handles. But now that I'm older, those features do allow me to work longer than when I'm using an old school hook. The Prym design does give you the larger handle to hold onto, but the entire thing is plastic, so it's not squishy at all. I'm finding that I kind of miss that, and it may be my imagination, but it seems that the yarn isn't sliding as smoothly over the plastic as it does over aluminum. It's also very hard to read the sizes because, while embossed so they don't rub off (a HUGE plus), they're the same color as the handle. I have to get out the flashlight to see which one I need. Overall, they're a decent set of hooks, and if you're a beginner who is using these as your first hooks, you won't know any different and they'll be great. It's just hard to teach an old crocheting dog new tricks sometimes.

My favorite hooks
Hands down my favorite hook. They fit my hand well, are comfortable for long periods of crocheting, and they don’t drop stitches. I’ve tried other hooks, but always come back to these.

Smooth and amazing!
I saw the reviews with broken hooks but maybe if you crochet too tightly that may happen. I gave a set to my friend that crochets very tight and it has been holding up very well. It's very smooth and easy to use and has become on of my favorite brand of hooks. And I've tried many from generic to tulip.

Over priced hooks
They seem to be made ok. The hook area isn’t as slick as I would like. They aren’t clearly marked they have stamped with only a letter. All my patterns have the mm size hooks so I had to write on the front of them so I don’t have to keep looking it up. They are twice the price of the hobby lobby hooks. The H L hooks have the letter on one side and the mm size on the other. Prym are about a quarter inch longer. I won’t buy them again. Photo with Prym on the left and hobby lobby’s hook on the right.
