1. The black plastic tab on the shaft which is needed for the ratchet to work: it is VERY sharp and I have injured my hand a couple times not seeing it and grabbing the handle in that area.2. The black plastic tab on the shaft: is low enough that you cannot fully extend the mop head after wringing it to get it fully untangled.3. The mop head itself: the scrubber on the bottom of it is too large to have the strings sit in a position that allows you to mop your floors with the actual mop and you get the scrubber making contact with your floor 90% of the time.The one bonus is that the ratchet works well and can wring the mop head fairly dry.

As other reviewers have said, the instructions that come with the mop are useless. The diagram shows A, B, and C, but the actual parts aren't marked, so it's pretty much hit and miss. After several tries where the mop fell apart as soon as I picked it up, I swapped out one of the poles for a pole hanging around from a previous mop. That seems to have worked, but now it's not self-wringing. Very sorry I wasted money on this product.

Never have I seen such a stupid design, very clear that a couple little boys dreamed this up on a play date, But the strands look nice and full so give it a try They don't HOLD WATER or suck up water.
