Runs nice and quiet. I like the lighting options. Seems to work quite well, although I'd say it's for a smaller than a 12x20 room. It does help though, as I do have a hydrometer to monitor humidity. I'll probably just get more! (Have 2 already) This particular one is in a room that also stores small animal hay. Living in Florida, too much humidity is a common problem.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  My boyfriend and I bought a pair of these tiny guys, we had been looking for dehumidifiers and doing our research (reading comments, ETC), we were not settling for any other brand, whether it was being too noisy, or not collecting enough water, something always made us second guess the right choice, and then we saw this one.I'm happy we got them. It had as many reviews as the others, but we saw they had started this year and the comments were already very wonderful. They were true. This dehumidifiers: 1. Don't make almost any noise (we are musicians and both very sensitive to noisy appliances).2. Collect a very descent amount of water, bucket full after 4 days (It's for small places).3. Serves a a cute little night light (you can choose the color.4. Looks/feels sturdy and good quality.I haven't had it long enough to know if it will break (I'll know in 2 years, maybe?). But yes, it was half the money than others I decided not to buy due to noise, and ineffectives! Worth every dime.

Our family of five shares a very small bathroom that is always, always damp. We've had a mildew/mold problem that we simply couldn't beat, so we purchased this unit to try to help us out. The unit doesn't take up much space, operates pretty quietly, and it does the trick. We've been using it a few weeks, and we've definitely noticed that the moisture is much lower. The mildew/mold that we'd cleaned off hasn't started growing back yet either! Happy with our purchase.

I live in a decent-sized small apartment with multiple bathrooms, one of which is en suite accessed through a small walk through closet. Not wanting my clothes to be perpetually damp not potentially moldy, I needed a device just like this. Two criteria I sought were for it to be stylish instead of some white plastic device that you’d find in your grandmother’s house as well as (more importantly) quiet. Definitely pleased with this purchase. Also the nightlight feature is perfect for midnight bathroom visits. Recommended!

I like that it’s pretty and doesn’t look awkward on my kitchen counter. It’s so quiet, at I thought it was never going to work. But I was wrong. I got up this morning and there must be 1/2 cup of water collected already. I bought this because I’m a baker in Texas and Fondant does not like humidity. So I thought if I kept this running in the kitchen it would aid me in keeping my fondant happy. We shall see. But seeing the water it has already collected, I am pretty sure it will make a difference. Inexpensive and useful.

after placing this into a sealed container for a week filled with water not a single drop of liquid collected into the collection. So I opened it up and guess what? its a scam. a deliberately designed scam. the way a dehumidifier works is a metal fin is cooled so that water vapor condenses on it. that's why the hotter it is the better they work. this when opened up is a heater block attached to a metal fin with a fan. effectively it "dehumidifies" (nothing) just heats the area (very crappy space heater) you are better off dehumidifying your room by leaving the hair dryer plugged in (not recommended). you know what else is not recommended this. its not just that its a bad product it is a deliberately made to deceive you product. dishonest company and seller. anyone who thinks this works is easily deceived and probably believes in a flat earth too.

I purchased this product to use in my bathroom since it is a small room with inadequate ventilation and after showers the whole room was unbearably steamy (we feared for mold). Since plugging Dessica in my life has become bearable. Towels hung in the room now actually dry overnight and the strange smells have vanished. The dehumidifier is the perfect size, we have it plugged in on the counter next to the sink and it looks quite modern and sophisticated. Works surprisingly well with the overall décor. The RGB lighting is a nice touch but I don't really use it (nice calming colors, just doesn't fit in with the bathroom). I'd highly recommend it.
