I’ve been trying to lose weight and didn’t notice a Difference, i started taking these 2 in the morning i noticed weight lost, i wasn’t as hungry all the time, when i ate i didn’t binge, bowel movements were consistent and frequent. I have a bad digestive system all my life and delt with not being able to poop for days on end even weeks etc so the fact i poop everyday, multiples times is a lot !

Really like it so far. Been trying for about two months now and lost 6 lb without working out. I don't take it as directed on the package. I just take one in the morning another one at afternoon and before dinner with a bottle of water each time. Really helps my cravings. If I get hungry I eat, than I will just stop eating cause i'm full . I don't over eat or snack on trends like I use too.

Does not curb my appetite, at all! Does not give me any energy. I don't feel fuller. I've been taking 2 a half hour before breakfast, and 2 a half hour before dinner. And I just feel no different.

This is the first product of this type that I have purchased that actually does at least most of what it says it will do. In all honesty, it doesn't work on cravings as well for me as well as it works on making me feel fuller /satisfied while I'm eating. As with most of these products you are directed to take it with a lot of water. This is REALLY important for me, I think is the key to capsules working. I down a whole 16.9 oz. bottle of water when I take two capsules at least an hour before a meal. I have no idea whether or not this product will work for anyone else. We all have different body chemistries. All I can comment on is my personal experience.

The product does make you feel fuller after a meal if used as directed. Requires self control on the user's part on top of following instructions. This product works for me for what I wanted it for.

This is the only product that truly takes inches off and reduces belly fat! If taken as directed, this product works with absolutely no side effects! I lost 2 inches in my waist and 9 lbs. that was just in the first 2 weeks. Also keeps bloating down.If you don’t keep your intake down to a minimal, you’ll gain the weight back.

I think you just have to find what works for you, this one in my case didn't.You actually have to take this for about 90 days before you can really give results. However, after 2 weeks i had to let this product go.Oddly enough, my feet started to swell on this. I kept taking it, and they kept swelling. I quit it for a weekend, and the swelling went down.Since my coworker said she loves this product, and it's working well for her, i gave it to her.Each person reacts differently to things. I just so happen to be one of the ones that didn't have a good reaction:)

I love this product I have been talking this product since 2016 its the best product I love it thanks skinny fiber don't stop this product people get this product and don't know how to use it but I love it 💜 thanks again
