Comfortable, Effective, and Reasonably Priced
Since I recently lost my job and healthcare coverage, I have been searching for reasonable prices for my CPAP supplies. I recently switched to the Philips Respironics DreamWear Nasal Cushion (Medium) for my CPAP mask, and I’m beyond impressed with the improvement in comfort and performance and the price is 1/2 of what I was paying my regular supplier and, with Amazon Prime, there is no added shipping fee.Unlike traditional CPAP cushions that can feel bulky or restrictive, this one is lightweight and fits perfectly on my nose without causing any discomfort. The soft material feels gentle on my skin, and the design doesn’t press against my nostrils or cause irritation. The Medium size fits me perfectly, providing a snug yet comfortable seal without being too tight. I have experienced zero leaks since using this cushion, even when changing sleeping positions throughout the night. The cushion stays securely in place, making it perfect for a restful, uninterrupted sleep.I love how flexible and lightweight the DreamWear design is. It doesn’t feel bulky, and I can easily turn from side to side without feeling constrained by the mask. The innovative under-the-nose design makes breathing easier and more natural, allowing me to sleep comfortably in any position. The material used in the DreamWear Nasal Cushion feels durable and premium. After using it nightly for several weeks, it has shown no signs of wear and tear, and cleaning it is simple. It’s made to last and perform consistently.

Very comfortable
Great product! Some of these nasal pillows have a rigid area which can irritate your nose. These are very soft and pliable. I've ordered many of them.

Soft Like Butter......
Update 9/20: Price has increased almost 33% in 6 months. Think I'll do more careful shopping next time. Others must sell this quality product for a better price. The 1st and most comfortable Nasal cushion I've ever tried. I had been using a typical nasal mask from Respronics, and found I hated putting it on until just before I was sure I was going to fall asleep, then I'd put it on, fussing with it all night, and never really feeling comfortable wearing it. Then I tried the Phillips Dream wear Nasal Pillows. Those were better but irritated my nostrils, but then I tried this. Wow. So minimalist and light, it's a work of art on your face. The air swivel is up on top of your head, out of the way. The headpiece I got was the large as I have a larger head, but the cushion is a medium. I liked being able to by separately and mis-match sizes to fit. Both fit perfectly. The head strap seems skimpy, but it holds well. You can't even feel its there. Once you get this adjusted snugly, it's night night. My first night with it, my APH was a 1.5. I'm regularly in the 0.6 range now after adjusting the strap a bit more. Amazing sleep. I think I've found the right one. In fact, I know I have.....

Good product and much easier on the nose than their nasal pillows
Thought I'd like the Respironics nasal pillows. Previously had the nasal pillows from another company and loved them for years until the manufacturer changed the model. Was impressed with Respironics modular design for the headwear. Bought the cushion the first time. Liked the comform but always had to play around with settling it on my face before I could get a good seal.Went back to the nasal pillows when the cushion failed. Really liked being able to put the mask on and not have to fuss with getting a seal. they were reasonable comfortable at the start of sleeep. But, would wake up in the middle of the night if I was sleeping on my left side with a pain in the cartiladge. Very consistent.Decided to go back to the nasal pillow despite needing to fuss with it to get a proper seal. Once sealed, it was good to go for then night until turning on to my other side. Then I'd need to adjust the mask a bit before falling asleep again. The Respironics nasal pillow lasted over a year before I found adjusting fit took a bit more effort. Then one night it just self destructed at the joint to the head gear. Went back to using the nasal pillows until I couldn't stand waking up in pain.Overall, of all the mask systems I've tried, I like Respironics mask system the best. I like that it is modular and I can replace certain parts of it when needed instead of having to replace the whole thing. I've decided I much prefer the comfort of the nasal cushion despite having to be much more involved with putting it on than with the nasal pillows. The nasal cushion is significantly cheaper to replace too. This will be my 'go-to' for a while until something better comes along.

CPAP nasal cannula
I really like this product to get a soft gel around the nasal cannula easy to put on takeoff. Easy to clean.

Ok for my fat, hairy face.
My challenge is a mustache with coarse hair. I still prefer the nasal pillow that seems to be discontinued. These are easier to clean and gave me several good night sleep. I returned to the nasal pillow when I had a cold. These do not work with one or both nasal passages are clogged. They make too much noise. These are also better than the fake pillow shapes I've tried too. Anyway, thank you for a useful design.
