Mulberry Jam (8.82 oz)

Has good taste but would prefer less stems and would like the berries broke up a little more.

A jam is a sweetened mixture where fruit is cooked but retains an organic shape. That is the case here, with whole mulberries in a sugary jam of thinnish consistency. If you make your own jams and don't add a lot of pectin, you will be familiar with the notion. I admit I was a bit put off initially by the whole berries and stems, but now I rather fancy the rustic nature of the preparation. If you desire a homogeneous, heavily processed product or are expecting a dramatic flavor difference from other fruit jams, you may be disappointed.The flavor is quite concentrated and good, but then again most jams taste similar to me. What tends to distinguish a jam for me is the consistency. This is certainly unique and worth a try if this sounds like something you would enjoy.

Very delicious! But too small Bottle and I think little too pricy .

I was very disappointed. The berries are whole and they still have the stems. Very unappetizing. The gel is soupy and more like a sauce than a spread. Nearly inedible.

Excellent jam, does contain whole mulberries and some stems with the fruit. The stems bothered me until I realized you could just eat the jam stems and all without any problems as the stems are so very soft. For those of you who may remember finding and eating wild mulberry's.

Fantastic! By far the best of all the mulberry jam options out there. At first the full berries and stems threw me off, but you don't even notice when eating it. It proves it's authentic. Seriously the best jam ever!!! Just ordered several more jars!!
