I will update this review after i have used this for 30 days! So far it just seems like a tens unit i havent seen any results. It does not come with directions on where to place the pads on your body or which pads work for which parts of your body. It has some instructions on how to attach the main machine to the pads.

Let me start off by saying that I've always been a bit skeptical on how these ab belts work. There have been mixed reviews/results across the board with varying belts and stimulators. I decided to try this one, and have had this belt for a couple weeks now, using it 5-6 days a week.So far, this belt is doing EXACTLY as advertised. I've actually dropped about 1 inch in the waist, and my core is noticeably tighter with no other change in diet or exercise. Little by little, the pudge around my belly is getting smaller. I will say, I experience best results if standing (sitting doesn't give good contact to your core). I'll post an update with photos when it's closer to day 60.

The media could not be loaded.  I have used this product for a week and my muscles are already reacting. I believe with the proper diet and exercise my abs, arms, thighs and butt will shape nicely using these stimulators.

The product delivered is not at all the product shown in the photos. The one shown in the photos appears to be a stomach belt with a single electric tens device that attaches in the middle of the belt. What is delivered is a multi-piece stick on type of tens devices. The other strange thing is on Feb. 5, I only paid $6 for it and when I went to looked at it the product again on Feb. 6 after it was delivered, it had gone up in price to $35.

Very easy to use and set up. Charged super fast! The feeling of it is very weird and you have to get used to it that’s for sure. Great product tho!

Easy to use if you can't go to the gym. Doesn't hurt when you use it easy to put on. Comes with sticky pad just in case the pad stop sticking.

I really loved the abs simulator. I used mine as a tens unit for my back and it worked perfectly. Highly recommend.
