Pedometers and Heart Rate Monitor Watch Run Step Walk Jogging Distance Counter

I haven't been able to get it to work. First of all, the instructions are in such small type it is a joke. Second, it doesn't seem to work as advertised. If the return date has not run out I will probably return it as unusable.

Watch is not good ,light busted after few minutes,unable to return because the sender is from China not u.s. And the watch is too big did not perform.do not buy this.

Have only used it one time. Haven't really figured out how to set everything yet. The step counting worked well.
