Great Value for features and reliability
Very reliable router, excellent feature set for price, I have it set up in load balance mode, you can set up to 5 wan connections, I'm currently using 3, you can use USB as wan/lan port with a USB adapter and the netport can also be switched to a wan port I'm using it for my wifi connections, I have it paired with a Motorola multi wan cable modem, I can have up to 2 simultaneous connections with my isp the 3rd wan I have set up to re-establish connection faster if there is an error. I use the Linksys velop mesh system in bridge mode with it and have been for over a year. With battery backups. The only time I have lost internet was when there was a planned outage for network upgrade my isp was doing. So far very impressed with Grandstream.

Poor support, Failover doesn't work on latest firmware
Latest firmware (1.0.6.32), everything works until the primary WAN fails. The load balancing setup documentation & screenshots provided are entirely different from what is available using the most recent version of the firmware. Documentation says I should be able to use loadbalancing+failover as an option, however the latest firmware only supports loadbalancing. No failover option at all. I've raised a ticket with support, and haven't even got an acknowledgement for 6 days now. So I would say the support and documentation that are available are far short of what I would expect. Quite sad really, because the product is priced very well, and while performance isn't superb (latest firmware also has a known issue of throughput loss), it work quite adequately for my needs as long as my primary WAN does not fail. I've tried trouble tickets, posting in forums, everything I possibly could and no viable solutions so far.

Reducing Internet Speed approx. 75%
bad product and bad service by Grandstream ... its Reducing Internet Speed approx. 75% .. usually my internet speed more than 900 Mbps ... failover working but load balance not working well... raised ticked (TICKET INFO #20220131010053 ) but without any check, Er replied This is a known issue and we are currently still working on it. Unfortunately, there's no ETA at the moment. I will let you know if there's an update from development. Now I am going to return this productthis time very bad experience with grandstream

Very configurable, good integration with their WAPs
I just bought one for home to replace my older Asus router. I use a number of these Grandstream units at work, often paired with one of their wireless access points. I like how configurable it is. I also like that it's not from one of the main "home" router manufacturers as they are getting more and more cloud/glitzy based.
