Q: Is this used on wet hair? Is it a hairspray?

It is for wet hair and it is not hairspray. It is sort of like a hair mousse that you can spray onto your hair roots.

Q: Is this used like a mousse or in place of it? How does this compare to the texturing spray?

When I first started using this, I sprayed it at my scalp all over, then used my fingers to work it through my hair. When they introduced Boldify 3x hair growth serum (which is awesome!), I started using that all over for fullness and using the root booster only at the top when I wanted a little added lift. This leaves my hair softer, feeling natural like I don't have any product on it. The texturing spray left my hair slightly stiff. I have thin, fine, straight hair.

Q: I dont blow dry my hair. Does this product need blow drying to work well?

I think you would get better results although you could let it dry naturally if you combed your hair upwards to bump up the roots while the hair dries. Go easy with the amount you use or it will make your hair feel gummy.

Q: Does it contain Wheat?
