Large container, so a good value. Tastes great and is a good all-purpose marinade. Using it as the base for beef jerky marinade.

Yosheida's is the best marinade we've found. We use it on chicken, beef, pork & lamb. A little goes a long way; it's flavor is strong enough that our food doesn't have to be drowning in it yet it doesn't overpower the taste. It's a staple in our house.

This is a great product for cooking and it's great for added flavor to sauces. I even fry pork my seasoned pork chops in small amount of oil (just coating pan with an oily papertowel) and add a bit of water, a table spoon of Yoshita and wait till it thickens. Wow! Use it on anything.

This Yoshidas Sauce is our FAVORITE oriental cooking sauce. After moving away from Lancaster pa, where we purchased it at Costco religiously, we have been unable to find it for 3years. Finally it dawned on us... AMAZON! of course it was there!We like to marinate meatballs and pineapple in it and cook them on the stove top or on top of the grill. Try it! I have not had this stuff in years. In my 40s now, and I think I was in my teens the last time I have had this Yoshida sauce. I remember my mom and I were at Sams Club, and tried a sample using this. We loved it, and bought some. It was a regular purchase for years until we got all Yoshida'd out. Just didnt have a taste for it, then just forgot about it. I have no idea if Sams in my area still carries it, but when I thought of it recently I decided to see if Amazon carries it. They do, and I immediately proceeded to purchase a bottle.It isnt totally what I remember, but it has been 20 years. It is like a thin sweet BBQ sauce with an Asian flair. Yet totally not limited to that cuisine. Sometimes I make chicken and just want something to dunk it in. I couldn't do that with regular teriyaki as it is almost always too concentrated and potent. This sauce is edible straight from bottle.Use this anywhere, for anything, anytime you want a mild tasting sweet and salty marinade, dip, sauce, flavor enhancer.And yeh, be mindful that it is relatively high in calories, salt, and sugar.Refrigerate after opening

Nothing is more better then Mr Yoshidas is you want that true Japanese flavor!... I've been using this for year's and won't use anything else....

Shipping issue...I was disappointed that the cap was broken and broke off completely when I twisted to open the bottle. It still had the temp seal but I had to find another bottle to store the product in.
