Was good while it lasted. I initially bought 2 of these. I had to return the first one I purchase within 24 hours - it stopped working and wouldn't reset itself. Used this diffuser for about an hour each day for 2 weeks. Then the lights started flashing and wouldn't work. Tried cleaning out water chamber but found bottom was melting. Found small droplets of water under the unit when I picked it up. The device that holds the diffuser filter was also spoungy to touch. Removed the filter device and pulled out the fitler, the case that holds the filter was melted to the filter. Needless to say, I had to throw the whole unit away because it was fully worthless. I would not buy this diffuser again.

I love diffusers! I have a couple of them already that I use for my essential oils. I liked the look of this one because it's smaller and instead of a plug, it has a usb cord, so you can plug it in to your computer or anywhere. It's very convenient. It has several colors that are bright, yet they aren't blinding. The colors last for several seconds before they change and it gives the room a nice ambiance. This diffuser is perfect for a small room or to put in a little reading nook. My only complaints are the lid is just sitting on the top and the silver band underneath the lid came broken on mine. The lid doesn't screw on or push down into the diffuser, which with kids and pets around, can turn into a mess. The silver band is just plastic so even though it came broken, it can be easily put back together.

Instructions are not very clear as to how to turn it on so it will stay on. It's interesting bit like most of us I'm getting sick of cheap crappy. low quality poorly made, too complicated and too delicate to assemble made in China junk. I bought this product and loved everything about it. Many people said they didn't like how it hooked up only the the pc usb, but I was able to use a plug into the wall easily with a iphone block charger. However after a few uses it became moldy, so I left it out to dry after every use. After the fifth use, I didn't see the beautiful colors, the diffuser blinked red, had less smoke coming out, and finally stopped working. This product is beautiful, had thick smoke before, and I wanted it to last. I reached out to Shragis and I received e-mails quicker than I could respond. Even my college advisors and friends don't reply that instantly hahah. In less than a day I have a new product being shipped to my house free of charge, with a very eager and caring provider for a great product. It is important to use distilled water and I can't wait to receive such a beautiful and functional diffuser. I hope all providers have this top notch customer service!

So cute! My 5 year old wants one. It is small but fits perfectly next to my bed on my nightstand. Being a singer I try not to sleep without a humidifier...this one does not cause anyone else in the room to become stuffy or irritated with sound. There can be a small whistle sound...but it is not bothersome. Customer service from this seller is excellent! They e-mailed me and checked on my order status... and followed up with me.

The lights and colors are very nice, and it produces a nice amount of vapor. However, mine cracked itself within a night. The contacts that need to be touching in order to turn the diffuser on get very hot and crack the plastic around the edges, allowing the water to slowly seep out. The Diffuser itself also has a bit of spray to it, so droplets of water will spray out on occasion. While it's not much, it's enough to cause light water damage to the surrounding area if it's not on a hard waterproof surface. If you want a diffuser that won't cause water damage, you'll need to go with something else.

This was much smaller than I expected it to be. It uses a cotton wick to evaporate the water and diffuse the oils. After about 3 uses, I noticed it wasn't sending out as much steam as it usually did. The wick inside had turned black and brown, much like a cigarette filter.Not a good buy.

Terrible. Waste your money elsewere. Probably will throw it away honestly... stopped working within a week. The filters get clogged,,, and I don't have time to replace them every day. I'm sure you don't either!
