You have to string the banner together. I’m stating this now and up front because someone will say they didn’t know, how could someone not tell them, and will likely give it one star for that. Those people exist. Don’t be that person. It wasn’t hard or complicated to do. The banner was easy to string because it comes with a plastic needle for the ribbon. There is plenty of string for this purpose and there are ready to punch holes.The tutu is tie on and my dog was constantly finding ways out because she is Houdini. That being said, it is super cute and the photos were great. The bandana was the best part for me. It was a great quality and looked well made. I can’t wait to reuse everything for her birthday next year.

This product was perfect for the puppy’s birthday. It gave a lot of pieces that were all for a great value. The crown and tutu were very durable. Highly recommend!

Good quality for the money!
We had her try on her birthday outfit. Everything was a little big but was easily fixed by just tying tighter. Crown, bow tie,bandana & skirt all included in the package! Also the banner and numbers. Great deal!

Perfect for my dog's birthday
We loved this whole set. The birthday banner didn't stick well with their glue dots. The tutu was a little short but still so cute.

Bday cat in a costume...lol!
Well as you can see the cat was not thrilled. Shes a tall Ragamuffin so my daughter ordered a medium dog size. It made the kiddo happy and the cat tolerated her birthday dressup!
