Shouldn't be surprised given the low price, but the straps and buckles look and feel very cheap. Strap (at the shortest setting) is still too long so it hangs down by my thighs, making it uncomfortable to walk. Leather has a pink hue to it, not as brown as shown in the photos. And the metal components developed a coat of mould within a week or so of arrival. You can wipe most of it off, but some is inaccessible.The straps at the front are too long and not easy to close. A pain when you start and finish a meeting. I'm going back to my trusty backpack - can whip out my laptop and be working in 2 seconds.

This was a total waste of money and I'm very disappointed in the quality of the bag and the response from the seller about the fault in the bag. I bought this bag as an anniversary gift for my husband. 5 months after, the back exterior started changing colour and moulding - it is very clear that the leather was either not dried or cured properly before it was sold to me. When I reached out to the seller, I was told that they could not do anything and would not exchange/fix/refund me for it. Yes, it's passed the 30-day return policy, but how was I supposed to know the bag would develop mold after 5 months! I would not recommend this bag!

cant ask for better bought for my 14inch laptop fits great. quality is fantastic , leathur very thick looks like it will last a long time. lots of pockets for paper work and accessories. will be glad to recommend seller, fast delivery and communication. sorry no photo but looks like the image exactly
