Jeep JK Smart Door System by Star Fabricating for Front Doors

I've had these on for a couple of months now and they are working great. The installation could have been made a lot easier if they didn't use clips to provide the threaded hole for bolting the hinge to the jeep. The thickness of the metal in that part of the vehicle is uneven and overall too great for the clips to slide on as intended. I had to bend the clips so that they opened wider to slide into place. The holes does not line up as intended when you do that. Using a threaded insert or some other solution would have been better.

killed my drill trying to cut the 2 inch hole but works awesome
