Q: Does this paint crack and itch when dry?

We have not had an issue with cracking paint or any skin irritation. A little goes a long way and you don't have to slather it on thick. Very happy with this for the price.

Q: Can this be stored for next year? or will it go dry?

I'm not sure. I had it for a few months before trying and it was still useable. However it made all of my kids skin bright red and they said it felt like a burn after about 20 mins of wearing it. Their skin stayed red for at least 2 days too. I wouldn't recommend this.

Q: is it power colors or oily that doesnt dry?

I am not sure what you mean by power colors. The crayons go on pretty well, the palette colors are a bit on the dry side and take a bit of rubbing to get enough on sponge or finger to start applying. The white makeup is a cream and the blood is pretty generic gooey like blood. The glitter is a gel that's pretty easy to squeeze out a little and apply, just wish had a way to close it up, but can put it in a little snack baggie and be careful where you store it.
