SunStar Heating Products Garage Tube Heater - NG, 25,000 BTU, Model Number SIR25-15-N

This is an excellent heater for a garage or similar sized out building. It's the third one I have installed (others were for my last house and my son's). Two suggestions, one the Lux Pro thermostat works well with it (this is a 110v not standard low voltage like your furnace probably has)and two, don't but the cheap big box home improvement store's vent pipe unless you can get a brand name like ECCO B pipe (you need B-Vent double wall pipe. The instruction manual is written well but some drawings are inferior. Along with B-Vent pipe, you will need some #2 chain, turn buckles, S-hooks, a roll of vent pipe strapping (the kind with holes in it), some shielded wire, replacement plug, and some female crimp plug ends, black iron gas pipe, various fittings and a valve. A helper is advisable. Construction is good, but be careful with the inducer & control box gaskets. They are cheap and not durable. Adhere to distance recommendations and flex gas line lay out. I have been very happy with these heaters. They emit heat rather than blow it.

This heater does not put out enough heat. We installed it 8.5 ft off the ground and you can barely feel the heat coming off of it. Waste of money.
