Functional, but doesn’t cover the entire strap
this is functional for the kanken mini, especially if you are carrying quite a bit. i have scoliosis and these straps help me not feel the weight whenever i go out (esp to amusement parks).the only thing i wish i knew beforehand is that, it doesn’t cover the entire strap of the kanken and so adjusting your strap pad to where it actually landed on your shoulders was a challenge. and the bag seemed to stretch out and not lean against your back if the strap pads are clicked in somehow.if you have broader and/or wider shoulders and you have the straps all the way loosened out, i suggest purchasing the actual size of the kanken shoulder pads.

Just what I needed!
These are a life saver! They fit perfectly on my mini bag and save my shoulders from being hurt by straps digging in. Easily able to attach to my bag.

Great addition to kanken mini!
Bought this as gift for a family road trip. Kanken mini straps were wide enough to prevent digging despite our bags are both heavy, but this little gem offered so much cushion it truly makes a difference after long day at park.
