The one that I have is light grey for the actual arm rest area. The mechanism supporting the arm rest is slightly brownish white.

The arm itself has nothing to do wether it is a long arm or standard arm. Both arms for both units wether you buy a arm with a standard pad or a long pad the arms are both the same size in length. The size is determined by the pad itself.

These are sold in singles. If you want a pair you need to order two.
