This is a well-known noodle produced in Hsin Chu, Taiwan. The noodles is dried by the natural wind and not by machine. That's what made it so special and popular in Hsin Chu. The main ingredients are rice and water. The difference between this "Hsin Chu" vermicelli and the common vermicelli is that it needs longer soaking time to soften, but is also more springy. Price needs reduced !
This is extremely overpriced for the small amount of noodles that are in the package. This seller has a very high "profit" margin. The amount of noodles are not even worth $5.00 but they charge $12.00. Why?? Will not buy from this seller again!
