I just posted the following review for another protein powder comparing it to this product. Here it is:There are tons of protein powders out there and after researching quite a few I chose Jarrow Formulas French Vanilla Flavor as it offered a good value IMO. I had not done this comparison until writing this review. It is obscene how much this costs compared to the Jarrow product. And, in my opinion, the Jarrow product wins on quality for the following reasons:No artificial sweeteners. It highlights on the front label that it contains No Aspartame. Well, it contains Sucralose. Better than Aspartame, but not better than Crystalline Fructose.Serving size is smaller (26g vs 30g for Bio-Synergy)This Bio-Synergy stuff says to take it 3 times daily. You will have used up the whole tub (750g) in just 8 days!Half of the ingredients in this product are B vitamins. They are in miniscule quantities. If you used it 3 times daily as recommended, you would get exactly 100% of the RDA levels of B Vitamins. That is next to non-existent.For both products, the taste is pretty good. You have to experiment with what you add it to for your taste preference. The vanilla Jarrow protein goes great with OJ. Tastes like an Orange Julius if you've had that before. Actually, both are good with either milk or OJ. Each are kind of weak with water only.

Seems like high quality, no nonsense milk protein but is unfortunately (to me) sweetened with that strange tasting monk fruit which gives it an artificially sweetened flavor. Definitely have to use a shaker or a blender to mix it, like most protein powders it clumps- mixing with a spoon etc is a no-go. Good price.This is my treat after a long hard bike ride in the mountains. Double shot of espresso, scoop of this and some almond milk. POW! Recovery.

I bought this because I recently had emergency surgery to remove a large blood clot from my femoral artery at the groin and the incision got infected leaving me with a large open wound in my groin.A wound vac had to be placed, and due to a couple of the conditions I have (Ehler's Danlos and Gastroparesis) I deal with malnutrition and slow wound healing. This meant that I was looking at mid to late July before they estimated it would come off for good.I searched for a protein powder with few ingredients as all natural as I could find (to increase the likelihood of tolerating it) and found this.The difference in my healing before I started drinking a smoothie made with this daily and after is astounding! My wound is shrinking visibly every dressing change and I may not need it anymore as early as next Wednesday!!!I cannot recommend this highly enough...there are not enough stars!!!☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆+I am now a customer for life and have been singing its praises to anyone that will listen.

This whey protein has been very consistent since I started buying it last year. I use it as a source of both protein and calcium. Tastes good and I can recover quicker from heavy workouts.If I had to have any complaint, it might be the fact that these jugs of powder do not work well for shipping, as the plastic scoop is often shuffled to the middle or bottom and takes a lot of digging around to pull it out. I often just use the previous scoop until I get deep enough to pull the one out that came in the new container.

It tastes and dissolves a bit better than the non-flavored version.It works great for recipes and juice blends as it's a flavor that you can pretty reliably mix with just about anything.The sugar used for it's flavor is fructose, but if your looking for a protein powder that tastes good, aren't too conflicted on it having a bit of sugar, and doesn't try to be anything more than just whey protein in a jug and not some ultra-edgy X-treme supplement gimmick, search no more. I've used all 3, and vanilla is definitely the best option for versatility in cooking or recipes.I've used a number of other protein powders from stores and they always are either loaded up with extra sugar, chemicals that make them dissolve better, or they try to pull some sneaky stuff on the label like advertising a big number of protein but then make the serving size 2 scoops on the back or mess around with the scoop/serving size.
