Came opened
Box came opened and damaged so I returned it as this suppose to be a present. However , if it would be for my kid I would keep it as the doll and accessories are intact.

For the second time I have received damaged product
Product received was damaged. I ordered it again, and received a damaged product AGAIN. The box was ripped open.I requested replacement, but the delivery date was unknown, so canceled. Never got the refund.
