Genial

In general an interesting book
In general it is a very interesting book as an introduction to HR analytics. It incorporates a lot of examples some of which are very useful. Some other were not as useful on my point of view. The book provides complete case studies in different fields with extensive explanations from a statistical point of view. I would have been more happy if the book dedicated a greater share to recruitment analytics or provided better explanations about the practical implications of the statistical results extracted alongside with examples of specific proposals. It is true that the book does already have a chapter responding to the "so what?" question but I think that it could be more extensive. In terms of organization instead of having a separate chapter at the end of the book answering the "so what question" a special appendix could be included in each chapter.
