Heavy duty and stiff
This bag is pretty large and heavy duty. It holds a quite a bit. I use mine as a light duty first aid kit in each of our vehicles. Here is what I keep in each one: 10 1-3/4" x 4" band-aids, 10 2-7/8" x 4" band-aids, 10 4x4 Gauze Pads, 2 16 oz bottles of Saline, 2 Gauze Rolls, 2 Hydrogel burn dressing, 20 Alcohol wipes, Ace Bandage, Advil, Aspirin, Baby wipes, Bug Spray, Combat gauze, CPR Face Shield, Dayquil, Eye pad bandage, Eye wash, Gloves, Glucose gel, Hand Sanitizer, Imodium, Israeli Bandages, Lip Cream, Mask, Moleskin, Nausea pills, Neosporin, Nyquil, Oral rehydration salts, Sun block, Tick Remover, Trauma Shears, Tums, Tweezers,Wide Athletic Tape. The only problem with it is that the material is very stiff which makes it hard to keep it squared up. Also some of the seams are not sewed perfectly straight which I think is because the material is so stiff, so the internals are not squared off like they should be. Even with those caveats I think it is still a great bag for the price.I use Amazon for most of my purchases and update my reviews if anything changes with the products. I do this so other Amazon users can get a real feel for the life of the product. You can look at my review which will be close to my purchase date and tell how the product is doing as time passes. I am not associated with any company and all opinions are my very own.

Massive storage in a small package
I added this bag to my Maxpedition Falcon II Day pack to provide additonal storage for my daily work/emergency bag, which I carry food, water, first aid, chargers, ammunition, etc. It provided a lot more storage for a small investment and a relatively small bag. It is a little on the big side to attach to a smaller molle compatable day pack like the Falcon II (I had to get a little creative with the attachment) but it would definitely be fine on a full-sized molle bag or harness. It is a good stand alone product as well, since it has both a handle and attachment points for a shoulder strap...making it a great man-purse. It is a tough and durable marterial, but is very compressable when empty. Watch the video review to get the best idea of the size, but it's essentially one very large pocket, and 2 equally sized smaller pocekts, all with zippers. Plus a small space without a zipper. I've use one smaller pocket for about 24-48 hours worth of emergency food and snacks, one for a very comprehensive first aid kit, and the large pocket for gear like chargers, flashlights, basic survival kit. The big pocket even fits an iPad with room to spare! If using with a shoulder-strap (NOT INLCUDED) a firearm would fit nicely in the non-zippered pocket for easier access.Last thing worth noting...don't expect to use it while lightweight backpacking...it's too heavy for the trail, but there is a lightweight nylon version out there that could work better if you really wanted to get all your essentials in one bag.

good bag, most my colleagues got one after me
Greenside navy corpsman here, good bag, most my colleagues got one after me.Pros:-Fits perfectly on front of USMC assault pack-Sturdier material than original M3 bag-MOLLE makes me feel high speed and tacticool-Holds enough stuff for trauma and a few days of field exercises, but if you're going out for more than a week or so I'd recommend having something largerCons:-Only one zipper on each pocket so you can't pull open from the middle. The original M3 had two-Smaller than original M3-Zippers are not great, split open when I am zipping them closed sometimes but never jam and close after going over them again-Largest pocket can barely hold a 1000ml IV bag, you'll need to put 500s in it-Makes USMC assault pack a little too bulky, but it's worth it.-Snaps on the MOLLE come undone. It never falls off or anything, but it does happen.Overall a good bag and you should probably buy one. Also it looks kind of gray in the photos but it really is coyote tan.

B.O.B med bag
Thats what I am using it for. Got a large family (4 kids) so I wanted something with a little more room. This works great. Good quality and large pockets ( no inside pocket dividers). Some people want that, some don't like me. I would say put everything in zip lock bags and use cardboard and tape to divide it up if you want to. But I prefer the large pockets. Bag is not water proof but some boot spray or gortex spray would help. The molle straps on the back are awesome to have along with the shoulder strap or carry handle. All around a great med bag. Only thing, the zippers seem almost like they could break apart if not careful. Not sure on that though, they just feel a little on the weak side.Still its worth the money.Just to give an idea, i put one of those 250 items med kit from walmart in here. Put some of my own items, bug spray, sunblock, calamine lotion and other medicine bottles and there is still room.

Great bag
This is a great bag. My son says that I am now a "Prepper" as I have stuffed almost every pill bottle, first aid/trauma item I could think of in it(including some things I should probably get training to use). As others have said, there are no organizational pockets in the pouches but works better than expected for me. The pouch has two good snap straps for attaching to MOLLE webbing or belt but tends to be a bit heavy when loaded up the way I have it. Would work well as a stand alone bag also. I take this bag with me camping and on vacation with family. So far it has worked well for me and my family comes to me, the "Prepper" any time they need something, from a bandade to burn cream to an aspirin for a headache. If you don't mind organizing this bag yourself, it will surely fit anyone's(short of an EMT)needs and I would highly recommend it.
