(Refurbished) Lenovo Thinkpad T440 14 inches Robust Security & Manageability Laptop (Intel Core i5 4th G

Like others I’m also in need of laptop for course where I tried to purchase refurbished for lower price after checking multiple products and reviews. But I received quite good to see but not good to use. It has issue with hard disk which is not fixed properly, every time when I open laptop it will say”main HDD ERROR” to overcome that I should open and fix the hard disk everytime.so I requested for replacement where they said it will take good amount of time to reach you but no guarantee that replaced one will work better than 1st one.As I’m in need of laptop urgently I visited nearest shop and sorted now. I asked for money back for the repair but this team confirmed that NO MONEY ONLY REPLACEMENTS BUT NO GUARANTEE FOR ACCURACY…My only suggestion for all is better buy a new slate or laptops don’t buy refurbished products from AMAZON service………

Got what is advertised 👍 Quality is nice and the product is easy to use. Usually you see a little lag in pc’s after refurbishment but this one has a decent speed.

laptop is very slow, battery charging time is taking too much of time, heating issues, mouse tracking pad is not working properly.

Let me break into a few points:1. The laptop has two batteries- one internal and one external. The internal battery when full charged gives less than one hour backup. The external battery, about 2 hours backup. Overall on even light use about 3-3.5 hours, I tested twice.2. Camera and bluetooth work flawlessly. I was a bit concerned about bluetooth as is often problematic in older laptops but this one works great.3. The wifi has a slight issue, sometimes the connection drops while it still shows connected in system tray. I have a wifi dongle and this is an older device so I overlook this issue.4. The screen comes with a clumsily applied "screen guard" with giant air pockets lol. I removed it as it made the screen reflect everything, and will buy another and apply it properly.5. The packaging was great, everything neatly arranged in the box.6. The seller provides a phone number to register warranty within 48 hours. I called several times but it keeps " out of coverage area". So I sent an email to the seller, no response yet. One reason could be because its a weekend, but I am not sure.7. The keyboard has backlights!! I did not expect that in a refurb 15K device but thanks a lot. It helps if you work in a dark room at night.As per my experience I would recommend. But do keep in mind that buying these devices is very much a gamble, so please be ready for a few shortcomings.

The media could not be loaded.  Today I received my Lenovo ThinkPad T440. Let me tell you based on my first impression that the laptop I received is in very good condition. All the promised configuration like Windows 10, MS Office, on hardware front 8 gb RAM and 500 HDD etc are fulfilled. Speed and working of laptop is also great. Overall it's a great buy. Thanks Amazon for your great service and amazing delivery. Received laptop in just 4 days.

Defective laptop was delivered and keyboard was not working at all.
